New Athlete Enrollment
To enroll a child or teen in KEEN, click the link above.
Enrollment Procedures:
KEEN accepts children with a physical or developmental disability aged 5-21 years. KEEN accepts new participants on a regular basis as spots become available. Children under the age of 5 will be added to the waiting list until their fifth birthday.
To register your child in KEEN, please complete the online athlete enrollment form.
After completion of the enrollment form, look for an email from the KEEN Program Manager to confirm a spot is available for your child.
Once a spot is ready for your child, parents should confirm with the KEEN Program Manager which session dates their children are able to attend.
Children should arrive to their scheduled KEEN session on time, dressed in comfortable clothes, and ready to have fun!
