Sarah Mosby

Volunteer and Program Coordinator

Sarah Mosby began her work with KEEN St. Louis as a Swim volunteer during Summer, 2016. The following summer, Sarah served as KEEN’s program intern, where she led and coordinated Sports and Sing program sessions, managed volunteer training, collected data, and assisted with fundraising efforts. Specifically, she developed and implemented the Junior Leadership Board by recruiting student ambassadors from St. Louis high schools. The goal of the board is to foster leadership skills, encourage project management and fundraising, as well as promoting the spirit of philanthropy and inclusion. A St. Louis native, Sarah is a recent graduate from Miami University’s Honors Program, where she studied psychology, community based leadership, special education, and disability studies. This fall, she will begin pursuing a Masters of School Counseling.

Julie Scott Soffner

Executive Director

Julie Soffner joined the Board of Directors for KEEN St. Louis in August, 2013.  She transitioned off the Board of Directors in 2015 to take over as KEEN's Executive Director. Julie oversees all operational aspects of the organization including programs, volunteer engagement, financial strength, community awareness and brand management.  Julie's background in corporate and non-profit management, with specializations in organizational development and engagement strategies, will help KEEN St. Louis grow and prosper into the next years of service to St. Louis children. Her career includes leadership roles at Enterprise Holdings, Inc., Make-A-Wish Foundation, and she retains her position as founder|principal at LMC Consulting.

Julie is a native of St. Louis and is a passionate philanthropist beyond her dedication to KEEN St. Louis. She works with her family and friends to improve local communities - with a focus on pediatric causes.  When not working on KEEN initiatives,  Julie is employed as a corporate facilitator | talent development professional for Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Holdings, Inc.
