Board of Directors

KEEN St. Louis is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a Board of Directors consisting of business and community leaders.

 

 

   

Alan Skoultchi, MD, President
KEEN St. Louis Medical Advisor
  Pediatrician and KEEN parent

Dr. Alan Skoultchi joined the KEEN St. Louis Board of Directors as President in July, 2016.  He serves not only as our chairman of the board, but also as our medical advisor and KEEN parent advocate.  
He is a general pediatric practitioner at St. Louis Pediatric Associates, Inc in Chesterfield, MO since 2002. Dr. Skoultchi and his wife Becky reside in Creve Coeur with their four children, Connor and Emily (age 20 and both juniors in college), Ethan (age 14) and Gracie (age 7). Ethan has a diagnosis of Global Developmental Delay and has been an athlete with KEEN since March 2006. He was initially in the KEEN Sports program at SLUH, but then added the KEEN Swim program at the Brentwood YMCA. This is clearly his favorite activity, and he has become an expert in beachball volleyball and water guns.
   

Stacy Murphy, Secretary
Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP

Stacey Murphy is a partner in the St. Louis officer of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP.  She practices exclusively in the health care area representing, hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and physicians in mergers, acquisitions, affiliations and other relationships.  She also counsels health care clients on various matters, including federal and state regulatory issues and corporate governance and corporate compliance matters.  Stacey helped organize KEEN St. Louis in 2005 and has served on the board of directors and in a variety of officer positions since that time.  Stacey currently serves in the role of Secretary.

   

Megan Bresler, Treasurer
Disabilities Advocate

Megan Bresler is a retired Vice President of Commercial Banking for Carrollton Bank in St. Louis, MO. Her career began as a credit analyst for Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2002 and then moved into a relationship management role and held this position until 2010 when she was recruited to Carrollton Bank. During her career she has focused on commercial and industrial and commercial real estate lending to privately held St. Louis businesses. After surviving a life-threatening accident in October of 2015, Megan is focused on community awareness and initiatives surrounding Texting and Driving.  She is a community advocate and spokesperson for youth with disabilities.  She has been on the board of KEEN St. Louis since summer of 2015 and is currently on a leave of absence.

   

Clayton Clark
Co-Founder, Big Rush Marketing

Clayton is the co-founder of Big Rush Marketing located in Kirkwood. Before his career in marketing, Clayton spent 7 years as a television journalist. He was an anchor/reporter in Minot, ND for a year before moving to Fresno, CA to work on the Great Day morning show on KMPH-TV for 6 years. Clayton was named one of the top 40 business professional under 40 in Fresno and received an Emmy nomination for work with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In Fresno, Clayton spent his spare time teaching tennis at a local country club and non-profit organization called Break The Barriers Inc. He coached a wheelchair tennis team and worked with a program giving at-risk youth a chance to learn the sport. His work at Break The Barriers fostered a passion for working with kids of all ability levels.

After the birth of his daughter in 2014, Clayton and his wife moved back to St. Louis to be closer to family. Shortly after that, Clayton partnered with a co-worker to launch Big Rush Marketing working with a variety of small and medium size businesses.

Clayton’s hobbies include exercise, family bike rides on Grant’s Trail and taste testing new restaurants in St. Louis. He is married to Courtney and they have one daughter, Cali.

   

Karen Davis
Of Counsel, Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP

Ms. Davis has been a health care lawyer with the St. Louis office of Norton Rose Fulbright since 2006.  Previous to 2006, she worked as a lawyer with the Dentons law firm, Washington University and Saint Louis University.  She began volunteering as a coach with KEEN St. Louis  in 2005 when it was first established.  She was asked to join the Board of Directors the following year and served as President from 2008-2010 and Secretary from 2010-2012.

   

 

Roger Heidenreich
Partner, Dentons

Roger Heidenreich is co-chair of Dentons' US Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and a member of the firm's Global Advisory Committee. Roger is a past recipient of Dentons’ annual Rothschild Award for outstanding service to pro bono clients. During his tenure on the Firm's US Pro Bono Committee, the firm formed a collaboration with the Civil Justice Clinic at the Washington University School of Law. Roger received his JD from Loyola University Chicago and his BA from Northwestern University.
Roger is a founding board member of KEEN St. Louis.
 

 

   

Megan Hoffman
Executive Director, Autism Speaks St. Louis and Kansas City

Megan Hoffman joined the KEEN ST. Louis board of directors in the spring of 2016. Megan has decades of experience in the non-profit sector.  She spent years as a development officer at Junior Achievement and Make-A-Wish Missouri.  Megan is currently the Executive Director of Autism Speaks – St. Louis | Kansas City.  
 

   

Chris Jacobs
Financial Advisor, Axius Financial

As a financial advisor, Chris works hand in hand with clients to create a personalized financial plan. He understands that every person’s situation is different and requires a unique solution. Chris holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses.

Prior to joining Axius Financial, Chris graduated from Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance. While at Westminster Chris was an active member of Kappa Alpha Order, Blue Blazers Investment Committee, and Student Foundation.

Chris is still active with his alma mater, De Smet Jesuit, and is part of the De Smet Alumni Association. The members of the alumni association dedicate their time to help raise money for De Smet Jesuit.

Chris has always had a passion for basketball, which led him to becoming the boys’ varsity assistant at Barat Academy in Chesterfield. Chris has recently used basketball for a philanthropic purpose by helping create the KEEN basketball program.   

   

Christine Wiehl
Vice President and Deputy General Counsel
  Express Scripts Holding Company

As Deputy General Counsel, Christine is responsible for oversight of the legal aspects of Express Scripts’ PBM contracting, supply chain and healthcare regulatory functions.  Christine joined Express Scripts in 2010 and served as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Express Scripts Holding Company until 2015.

Christine has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare regulatory and transactional attorney.  Prior to joining Express Scripts, Christine served as Vice President, Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Sisters of Mercy Health System.  Before joining Sisters of Mercy Health System in 2006, Christine was a partner in the healthcare practice group of the national law firm of Sonnenschein, Nath and Rosenthal (now the Dentons).

Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University.  
 

   

Patrick Zarrick
Director of Facilities & Physical Education Faculty
  Saint Louis University High School

Patrick Zarrick has been on the Board of KEEN for 7 years. As the Director of Rentals & Reservations at St. Louis U. High, he has worked closely with KEEN to provide facilities for KEEN's Recreation, Sings and Basketball Programs, along with donating venues for numerous fundraising events.

Patrick has worked at St. Louis U. High for 23 years. He has taught martial arts and personal safety programs for approximately 25 years, more recently serving as a yoga instructor for the past five years.  Hobbies include outdoor adventure, yoga, photography and collecting sports memorabilia.  He is married to Barb and has two sons, Joey and Christian.
